Reason #43567 to live in beautiful Lake Taupo NZ... This afternoons adventure led us to the Geothermal Grounds just down the road from headquarters and buried these foiled packages of goodness into the hot steamy ground and 3hrs later came back to this delicious perfectly cooked Hangi 🐷🐷🐷 seriously soooo good the chicken fell off the bone 🤤🤤🤤
