What a weekend, Taupō! 💪 The town was buzzing with so many awesome events, and our team was right in the middle of it all!

🎀 And a proud moment supporting the beautiful Pink Walk Breast Cancer fundraiser on Sunday

Get Set Event Hire would like to acknowledge the passing of Tā Tumu Te Heuheu Tükino, Ariki of Ngāti Tuwharetoa, and to extend aroha to the Te Heuheu Whanau and iwi of Ngāti Tuwharetoa.

We had the privilege of supporting Tā Tumu's Tangihanga in Waihi Village last week.

It was an honour for our team to contribute to such an important event for the iwi and wider community. We helped create a temporary village by supplying marquees, refrigerated containers, toilets, showers, water, generators, linen, furniture, cooking equipment, and more.

We are especially grateful to the many other businesses in our industry who came through with urgent supplies, — a real testament to what can be achieved when we work together.

We are proud to have played a part in supporting this significant occasion.

We’ve got them on camera from several angles – so if you know who they are, please let us know.
