I know we already announced our WEDFEST winners yesterday but we are just rounding out our Wedfest posts with this pic!

Tessa & Michael have absolutely embraced the “festival” part of the Wedfest concept right from their entry, to the ideas they have and the additional things they want to bring together to make this day truly their own.

We love that they have picked up the idea of Wedfest and really created a vision & a dream of where they want to take it.

We will have more about the wedding as we get closer to the date but for now, thanks everyone for following along & I hope you stick around to see it all come to life on the 27th of March 2025!

**PEOPLE'S CHOICE COMPETITION**

From hundreds of couples, a selection panel has decided the five finalists, and judges are now working through the process to decide the major prize winner.

We’re now giving you the chance to decide the winner of a separate second prize package with The Hits - Rotorua 97.5FM Peoples Choice!

This package includes celebrant and coordination services delivered by Johnelle at I Do Ceremonies NZ (worth $2,350) and a photography package delivered by Tahlia from Captured by Tahlia (worth $2250) for a total prize value of $4,600

You can VOTE NOW for any one of our five finalist couples.
Voting closes at 12noon Friday 15th November, and Paul will announce the winner of the People’s Choice package on The Hits Rotorua on Monday 18th November.

Now that Wedfest entries have closed and we're sorting out who our finalists are, we thought we'd share some more of our amazing vendors who are contributing to Wedfest.

Get ready for your mouth to water thanks to My Home Kitchen owned and run by Paul and Tanja Lotter. Paul takes care of the administration, and the kitchen is headed by chef Tanja. Tanja has extensive experience in kitchens both in New Zealand and in her native South Africa. Her range of cooking varies from high-end fine dining to anything simple but scrumptious.

If you win WedFest, you'll get to feast on a buffet or family style/shared table. With 1 entree dish, 2-3 main course dishes and 1 dessert. Served with house-made sourdough, butter & garden salad...YUM! For upto 60 people and valued at $4,800.

I’ve been performing at weddings all across NZ for over a decade, both solo and with my previous band Looking For Alaska.
These days I’m the complete package, using a loop pedal for a full sound that will keep you dancing all night.
