‼️‼️UPDATES AHEAD‼️‼️
Due to unforeseen situations we are now adding a mandatory $20 cleaning fee and increasing all bond charges to all future bookings.
We as a small Māori owned business trust that all customers treat our products as if they are their own and they are well cared for before during and after.
Designated soft play area 🟰
We provide mats not only as a safety barrier for your children but as protection for our equipment. They are very delicate and must be handled with care we take this very seriously. If you are able to provide your own matting or suitable flooring for us then great. Otherwise these are put in place for those particular reasons.
Rough play 🟰
throwing and/or relocating soft play equipment outside of designated area is unacceptable. No foreign or sharp objects are to be in contact with any of m&bs softplay such as rocks, stones, pebbles, sand, dirt, sweets, Candy wrappers, face paint, glitter or confetti they are NOT to be in or near soft play area.
Age 🟰
This is a major factor we take into consideration. These products are made to withhold a certain amount of weight which are for children between the ages of 0-4 ONLY! Any older can cause harm to not only your own child but all children in surrounding areas & of corse damage to our items.
Adult supervision 🟰
We shouldn’t need to repeat this but please make sure there is a allocated adult. Our soft play is there for your children to enjoy not to take care or to supervise your children for you. Accidents do happen more often then you think. We would hate to have anything happen to any child when it could have been easily prevented by having an adult present.
Immediate cease of bond 🟰
•Items are returned Wet or damp.
•Covered in dirt, food or any liquid residue.
•Any sign of damage, rip, tear, or scuff marks.
Our equipment is not only expensive it is very time consuming to repair and/or to replace. Damage as you know to any product from any business is a major loss and will effect future bookings.
All damages that exceed bond amount will be invoiced to you separately.
We expect to retrieve all our items in the same condition that was left to you.
