From Taupō Bay, Far North all the way down to Kawakawa Bay in South Auckland and every where inbetween! Running deliveries has meant we've been exploring new and exciting areas in our beautiful country. Love seeing the venues our amazing couples have chosen 🥰

Te rā tuawhā o Te Wīkī o Te Reo Māori!

Keeping it reo Crossfit Rosedale style! 🏋🏽‍♀️

He tino pai rawa atu tēnei mahi - this is such great work! Whoever says Te Reo is a dying language clearly hasn't had much interaction with it 🤔

Koinei e rua ngā kupu hou - here are two new words for you:
Whare hākinakina - gym
Whitirau - crossfit

Anyone else's mahi or whare hākinakina got amongst TWoTRM? Puakina mai! Show me!! 😍😍 @ CrossFit Rosedale

Te rā tuatahi i Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori!
The first day of Māori Language Week 🥰

Te kupu hou o tēnei rā
The new word for today:

💪🏽Tautoko - to support, prop up, advocate💪🏽

Example: "Mā māua koe e hoa e tautoko"
"We will support you my friend!"

Brings me so much joy having this beautiful language focused on this week. Anyone can participate, it can be as simple as using "kia ora!" or "mōrena!" when greeting someone 💕

Shakespeare Matariki planting day with my tamariki. I'll be honest, it was a bit of a mission to get there and we only planted 20 trees (out of the 6000 needed) but I'm so glad we went. To tautoko our marae, our taiao (environment) and our native kiwi! To show my tamariki that even a little contribution is valuable:
Ahakoa he iti, he pounamu.
While it is but small, it is a treasure.

One of the projects we've contributed trees to is the Mangapārae Papakainga Restoration Project! You can find out more about them here:
