We have tracking on all of our items this is to ensure we can easily track your parcel in case something happens. If your item gets lost please contact us so we can investigate the matter. If we find your product and it is damaged we will contact you to find a solution. Wholesale:
We do not allow our products to be resold unless approval has been given, we will allow wholesale and have wholesale prices but please contact me at [email protected] to find an agreement. Privacy:

Before purchasing please ensure that you actually want the product. Please note we will not refund any change of mind purchases. We may offer a product exchange - excluding shipping cost - but please contact us to find out if you qualify for this. To be able to get a product exchange, it must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Shipping will be at your cost and please ensure it is sent in a safe and approved shipping method with tracking. If your item is broken or has an issue, please contact me at [email protected] and we will fix the problem - you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for us to fix it. Please note each item is fragile and will come with a care instructions card. We will offer refunds for damaged or lost items. For anything else please contact me and we can sort the matter.
