When booking Rossburn the hire includes the availability of the Function Centre on the day before the Wedding (from 4pm) for the purpose of decorating – it’s not easy for brides to be decorating on the morning of her big day. With this in mind we do not accept bookings for Functions on the Friday night, if we have a wedding next day.

Northbrook Chapel At Rossburn Receptions -

Extensive use has been made of local resources - Waimakariri river stone and wood (macrocarpa).

The Chapel is set in a beautiful setting amongst mature trees, alongside the Function Centre.

Cost for use of the Chapel for Wedding Ceremonies is $400.00 plus cost of a technician to operate the sound system if required.

You will need to contact the Sound Technician Bernie, if you plan to use the Chapel sound system early in your wedding planning.

Use of Chapel only (no Function Centre) $400.00 plus Sound Technician cost.

· The price for the use of Rossburn Receptions is $2,000 for weddings up to 100 guests

· Hire charge above this number of guests is $2,200

· The hire charge also includes the availability of the Function Centre on the day before the Wedding (from 4pm) for the purpose of decorating – it’s not easy for brides to be decorating on the morning of her big day. With this in mind we do not accept bookings for Functions on the Friday night, if we have a wedding next day.

· Tables and chairs are included in the price. We have fourteen oblong tables 2.4 x750 that seat ten people and 150 chairs available.

· We look after the rubbish, disposal/recycling. You are welcome to come back the next morning to do the final clean up. Music to finish by 11.30 and Function Centre to be vacated by 12.00am.

· Garden wedding – lots of options starts from $150
