Sometimes a friends’ dinner becomes the perfect excuse to dream up something new. 💕
Here’s one I loved making last week: a Pistachio & Orange Blossom entremet. 🌼

I didn’t manage to get a photo of the inside, but it was built in layers:
a pistachio crunch base, soft pistachio sponge, an orange blossom ganache, and a citrus confit heart.
