Dear friends and neighbours,
This Saturday we’re celebrating something that honestly feels a bit surreal — 10 years of Cargo 🥂🎉
From pouring our first Cargo beers out of the 1971 Bedford food truck, to opening the doors at the old Waitiri Creek church in Gibbston, to the whirlwind of concerts, events and festivals, and then the big chapter at Cargo Gantley’s — it’s been a journey full of hard work, big risks, late nights, plenty of laughs… and moments we’ll never forget.
But more than anything, it’s been about people.
To our incredible team (past and present) — thank you for pouring your hearts into this business, caring about the details, and showing up day after day.
And to every customer who’s supported us along the way — for the coffees, the beers, the meals, the celebrations, the chats, the feedback, the encouragement and the loyalty — thank you. You’ve helped shape Cargo into what it is today, and we’re genuinely grateful. ❤️
