All of these require research, admin, decision making, and specific instructions & confirmation. If the thought of all that is giving you a headache already, we recommend you get some help.

Paul & Annette enlisted Kellie and the team at to plan, put together and pull off their mountain top wedding day. The brief was dramatic, adventurous, intimate & romantic... James Bond luxury meets NZ mountains.

INCLUDE YOUR CULTURE - This Tifaifai quilt was a gift to Athena from the women in her Polynesian family. Hand-made and highly treasured, it was very precious cargo for the helicopter flight to Cecil Peak. We love the mix of traditional and non-traditional elements here!

"We can not thank you enough Charlotte!! We are so lucky to have had you be a part of our special day and we couldn't have done it without you. You made the whole process leading up to the wedding easy and on the day feel a lot less daunting and stress free. Having you there meant both of us were calm and relaxed the whole day! You delivered the most amazing ceremony that was exactly what we had wanted. Having you also step in last minute to be our MC on the night when ours was sick with covid was incredible. What should have been a last minute stress and worry was made easy and quick by having you there. I knew we didn't have to do a thing or worry about anything. You are an absolute gem and we will be recommending you to everyone we know! Thank you again ###x"
