Some swims you never forget. This was one of them. 🌊
Today, I’d love to properly introduce two very special people for the first time.
My husband — a professional jet boat driver on these very glacier-fed rivers and racer (the kind of man who demands perfect vision at high speeds).
Our daughter — just getting started.
That late afternoon at Lake Wakatipu, he knelt down and placed his goggles in her hands. No big speech. No fuss. Just a quiet “Ready?”
And in she went.
I was absolutely done for.
