I own and operate Baxter's Catering Co. with the help of my experienced management team, Andrew Hercus (Catering Manager and Head Chef) and Simon Ranther (Sous Chef). Baxter's Catering was created in 1976 and since has been catering for hundreds of thousands of happy customers in the wider Wellington region. Since I took over the company in 2002, I have catered over 5,600 functions with an average

of 54,000 meals served each year. I hope to grow my business to service a wider region as we cater your next function!

Classes for Suzuki International Series 2019 are as last year: F1, F2, F3, Formula Sport/Bears Jnr/Snr, Pre 89 Jnr/Snr, Supermoto, Gixxer 150, Sidecars F1/F2. Round 3 Cemetery Circuit: Classes are as listed plus Classic Sidecars & Robert Holden. The programme for the first 2 Rounds (Taupo & Manfeild) will be held over 2 DAYS:
SAT: Combined Practice from 9am (15 mins), Qualifying (Individual Classes) 15mins from approx 12.00pm, Race 1 approx 2.00pm)
SUN: Scrub In (individual Classes) approx 10mins from approx 9.00am, followed by 2 races starting from approx 11.00am. Entry forms will be available online Med August.
