Everest Day vehicles are booking now.

The fare you’re quoted and the fare you’re charged are two different numbers in rideshare, and the gap between them has a name: demand.

Pricing that moves against you when you’re most stranded isn’t dynamic. It’s opportunistic.

Marquee works on one number. Quoted at booking, locked at booking, charged at the end.

Everest Day transport from Royal Randwick, booked before Saturday, fixed before the surge.

The richest race on turf runs this Saturday 17 October.

$20 million on the track, 40,000 people at the gates, and when the last race ends, every one of them reaches for a phone at the same time.

Your exit works differently. A chauffeur positioned before the final field jumps. A price locked this week that Saturday’s demand cannot touch.

And the carnival doesn’t stop at The Everest.
Moët and Chandon Day on 24 October.
The Golden Eagle at Rosehill on 31 October.
The Big Dance on 3 November.

The best day at the races ends in the back seat, not the queue.

This sentence exists because a rideshare booking is an open request. It stays open until someone, somewhere, decides your trip is worth taking. And they can un-decide at any moment, for any reason, with no consequence.

A Marquee booking closes the moment it’s made. A rostered chauffeur. A dedicated vehicle. A confirmation the night before with a direct number attached.

There is no marketplace between you and your pickup, so there is no one to cancel.

Confirmed means confirmed and that’s the luxury of riding with Marquee.

Flying into Western Sydney International? There is no train.

The metro meant to serve Sydney’s new airport is running around 18 months late, and until it opens the rail option is a shuttle bus to a suburban station. The C*D is 50 kilometres away. Every passenger, on every flight, leaves by road.

For travellers who assumed a new international gateway comes with a rail link, the discovery happens at the worst possible moment: jet-lagged, bags in hand, in a precinct no one has used before.

The fix is simple and it happens before you board. A confirmed car, a fixed price, a chauffeur who learned the airport before it opened, holding your name at arrivals.

Land informed. Leave immediately.

Sydney’s new airport opens 25 October with no rail link. If you’re landing there, or your clients are, here’s what that means.

The metro is running around 18 months late. Until it opens, every passenger at Western Sydney International leaves by road, and the C*D is 50 kilometres away.

For the executive stepping off the first Singapore service, for the guests your hotel is expecting, for the principal whose itinerary you manage, the journey from that terminal is the arrival.

There’s no figuring it out on landing. No queue to join and hope. The travellers who leave WSI well will be the ones whose car was confirmed before they boarded.

That’s the part we’ve already built. Chauffeurs trained on the precinct before it opened. Routes timed at the hours the early flights actually land. One booking, a fixed price, a name board at arrivals held by someone who knows exactly where they’re going.

If anyone you’re responsible for is flying into WSI this year, this is the detail that decides their first hour.

Book it before they board. Book with Marquee.

Western Sydney International opens 25 October, and for at least its first year, every passenger leaves by road.

The metro is running around 18 months late. Until it arrives, the rail option is a shuttle bus to St Marys.

So the first impression of Sydney’s new airport, for every traveller who lands there, is the car waiting at the kerb. Or the one that isn’t.

Our chauffeurs are already learning the precinct. Routes timed at the hours the early flights actually land. Day one, name board up.

A new front door for Sydney. We’ll be standing at it.

This campaign feels less like a milestone and more like a mirror.

The Grand Final cannot be rescheduled. There is one night, one kickoff, and no version of events where late is acceptable. It’s the same maths as your 6am international departure. The same maths as the meeting that decides the quarter. Some moments give you one run at them, and everything we’ve built exists for exactly those moments.

The game’s biggest night runs on the discipline our clients quietly rely on every week. Confirmed the night before. Positioned early. Nothing left to chance.

Big nights don’t reward the talented. They reward the prepared.

The vehicles in the NRL Grand Final campaign are working members of our fleet. Before the shoot they did what they always do: airport arrivals, boardroom waits, wedding mornings.

When filming wrapped, they went back to work. You might see them on the road today.

We think that’s the difference worth noticing, in cars and in companies. What the country sees this week is what our clients sit in every week. Nothing was staged, because nothing needed to be.

When the NRL was producing its Grand Final campaign, it needed a chauffeur service that could represent the biggest night in the game.

The vehicles, the presentation, the way a door is held. They found their way to us, the same way every client has for over a decade. Someone had seen the standard.

We didn’t prepare anything special for the cameras. That’s the part we keep coming back to. The standard always is and always will be consistently the same, no matter the occasion.

After a decade in the industry, we learnt that people often forget the transfer’s that went perfectly, and that’s the point of it.

Thousands of them, invisible by design. The executive who never missed a flight, the EA who never had to send a follow-up.

Perfection in this business looks like nothing happening at all.

Along the way all those uneventful journeys are easy to forget, but the lasting impression is not.

Marquee Limousines chosen to help promote the biggest night in rugby league, on screens across the country.
