Try something new at the Pavilion beginning on the 6th of May with Yuan Qigong.
What is Yuan Qigong?
A powerful, yet gentle form of Qigong rooted in ancient wisdom and
modern science, Yuan Qigong works with the body, energy (Qi), heart and
consciousness to restore balance and well-being and ulpift life as a
whole. During the 8 Week programme, we will practice simple and gentle
exercises that are suitable for all ages and body types.

Who are these sessions for?
For anyone who wants to feel better — even if you’ve never heard of Ren
Xue & Yuan Qigong. All ages, abilities, and body types are warmly
welcome. No matter who we are, at the most fundamental level we all face
the same challenges in life. Real change is possible — and necessary —
for everyone, regardless of how we look, what we’ve been through, or
what we’ve achieved.

What's included?
This supportive holistic programme includes the following:
8 in-person sessions with Claire
Access to a dedicated online student space with additional
resources to support and deepen your understanding.
Weekly practice audios and/or videos
Support for your weekly practice and questions via a WhatsApp group

Sliding Scale:
$120 + $20* – for those who need a more accessible option.
$160 + $20* – standard contribution.
$200 + $20* – for those who would like to support my work more fully.

*The $20 fee goes towards the maintenance of the website, access to
resources,
audio recordings, and the time I spend developing these materials.

Unfortunately, we’ve had to make the tough call to postpone our Colour Run.

After working with the Parks team, it’s been decided that the grounds at Endeavour Park are currently too soft, with more rain on the way and winter sports now in full swing. With vehicles like the fire truck needing access, there’s a real risk of damaging the playing surface.

We’re now aiming to reschedule the event for the Term 3 school holidays, when conditions should be much more suitable.
