Run a food business - it will be fun 🤦‍♀️ . YES it is fun ……. But it can be hard work . It’s not just providing yummo and different food - it’s planning and research, and quoting and site visits, and fees and subscriptions and audits for food safety . So don’t think all us foodies have it easy - there’s a lot goes on before you even see what we do - Food Control Licence, kitchen registration licence, alternative secondary kitchen (if you have a food truck) plus a mobile trading licence ………. So enjoy what we provide for you as it takes a lot behind the scenes to get there . And if you’re not sure then ask to see our certifications - mine are all on display in my bus . Love that you enjoy what I offer - and the contact at events as well . See you all sometime soon. 🥰
