Heart breaking stories for the last few months of people placing floral orders online to discover the florist isn’t local and what has arrived has been completely misrepresented. You have worked hard for that money and chose to do something lovely for another- Tough on our industry too.
Please check your chosen shop’s physical location. There are plenty of quality florist working from home, retail locations or an online presence- locally, And a handful of “ Order gatherers” from overseas who create misleading websites who aren’t in local street addresses! (Bring back Fair Go- they featured often but have changed their name and now have several names and websites)
You can always call and ask!! We don’t run call centres!!!! Or 0800, or offer 40% off ….or some random other discount….
