After a full day out on the course, Genera employees returned to Omanu Golf Club for an unforgettable evening celebrating 50 years of Genera Biosecurity New Zealand earlier this year.

The upstairs clubroom was transformed into an elegant black-and-gold setting, with clusters of succulents on each table and lush greenery throughout. Potted palms, giant peace lilies, and monstera created a soft, sophisticated atmosphere.

Guests enjoyed awards and speeches before being entertained by the talented duo Lee & Kara, performing on a beautifully styled stage featuring custom gold frames and tropical foliage, softly lit from below.

Delicious walk & fork catering by kept everyone fuelled as the celebrations continued into the night. 🥂

What an unforgettable night! From a blank canvas (once all the beautiful cars had been moved out) at Archibald & Shorter North Shore, the space was transformed into a dazzling, vibrant spectacle: Champagne on the Shore 2026!

Every single detail was crafted with care and passion, and we loved being a part of it all. It’s rare for us at Wild Apricot to revel in the events we bring to life, but this one truly was a night to cherish and remember!

An astonishing $243,000 was raised for Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand. This incredible sum equates to over 1,035 nights of comfort and refuge, helping families stay close when their little ones need medical care most.

The live auction alone soared past the $100,000 mark, a testament to the astonishing generosity of our extraordinary donors and bidders. It was a genuine honour to collaborate with Archibald & Shorter North Shore, The Production Agency Ltd (TPA) , Ray White Mairangi Bay, and SmartParking. What an incredible team we made, united in our passion to create a night that will help so many in the future!

VTNZ approached us with a clear budget and a vision of what they wanted.

Motivated by their aspirations, we poured our creativity into crafting a stunning design: a glittering gold theme with a captivating night-time stage setting.

Moody clouds and a softly illuminated moon, complemented by fairy-light curtains captured the essence and created a truly magical atmosphere when everything was put together.

The team at VTNZ had an incredible night, and this is what they had to say about it:

‘Absolutely loved that you guys brought the vision to life so elegantly. The feedback from the network was overwhelmingly positive - they all said they really felt like the entryway in particular was super fancy, and something a bit special, and everyone loved the decor in the room. This year, the Rotary Summit was held in Napier, marked by an exhilarating Great Gatsby theme. The group arrived in stunning attire, exceeding all expectations.

A vintage car in the foyer provided perfect photo opportunities, adding glamour and nostalgia. The entrance, draped in gold and black, welcomed guests into a glittering evening. Throughout the night, the ballroom buzzed with celebration. Guests danced beneath dazzling lights in fringed dresses and fedora hats, evoking the roaring twenties.

This year, the Tauranga Business Awards at Mercury Baypark showcased elegance and grandeur. Our black and gold theme epitomised sophistication and understated splendour, capturing the essence of excellence.

We delivered exquisite sparkle from the start. Guests were greeted by a sleek black carpet and a personalised champagne wall, adding glamour. Inside, a fairy-lit, draped entrance led to a lively cocktail area lit with ambient lighting. Light towers and charming centrepieces created a warm, glittering atmosphere that encouraged mingling and celebration.

The main room was a dazzling display of shimmering beauty, with tables adorned with elegant centrepieces casting a soft, enchanting glow. It was a night of pride, joy, and achievement and an unforgettable celebration of brilliance!
