This whakataukī reminds us that abundance and prosperity come in many forms.

At Te Aho Weddings and Civil Unions, I honour the beauty of small and intimate ceremonies — where the true wealth lies in the people who gather and the kai that nourishes us. These moments reflect what matters most — connection, care, and the sharing of life together.

It’s not about how big the celebration is, but how meaningful it feels 🤍

It calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected. Inspire Inclusion encourages everyone to recognize the unique perspectives and contributions of women from all walks of life, including those from marginalized communities.

$150 Ceremony Offer (Feb/March) ✨ for my celebrant services — because beautiful ceremonies don’t need to be complicated.

📅 When:
Saturdays & Sundays only (excluding 21 March)

💍 What’s the deal?

First things first — apply for your wedding licence sooner rather than later 👉 https://marriages.services.govt.nz/

We’ll get together for a kōrero and talk all things you and your day

You choose the venue, the outfit, and up to 6 of your favourite humans + your two witnesses
(More than 6? Let’s have a kōrero about pricing)

Your ceremony = your rules. Add karakia, poems, readings, waiata — whatever feels right

Write your own vows (the good, the heartfelt, the funny bits too)

Ring exchange, if that’s how you roll 💍

Finish it off with bubbles (boozy or not) and cake

All Ceremonies are woven with love, presence, and intention.
