We are a large catering business, we provide all catering to the Central Energy Trust Arena, the Palmerston North Conference And Function Centre and also off-site catering (private events, weddings etc).

We have a large range of events, from Speedway, Rugby to 700 pax 3 course plated dinners!
The hours are varied depending on the event schedule.

Experience is preferred but not necessary

A can-do, positive attitude is a must

Common sense & a strong work ethic is essential

We are a large catering business that cater at Central Energy Trust Arena, The Palmerston North Conference & Function Centre, PNCC staff cafeteria as well as out-catering services.
We are seeking a Sous Chef, as a successful candidate you will have experience leading a kitchen team on a day to day basis, hold a current Food Safety Certificate, have 2+ years proven experience in a similar role, great communication skills.
