Young Stars NZ is sweeping NZ and selling out nationwide!

On Saturday, October 10th, we’re taking over the UXBRIDGE Arts & Culture Centre.

If you have a 7 to 18-year-old who loves to sing, dance, and act—or just wants to make incredible new friends and build a ton of confidence—this is for them.

The Lineup:
✨ 8 AM – 5 PM: High-energy workshop sessions to learn, create, and perform!
✨ 6 PM: The Showcase Concert! Come cheer them on and see what they've put together
(Just a heads-up: Tickets to watch the evening showcase are sold separately!)

🎭 INTRODUCING CARMEN WILSON AS ROMAINE

Carmen Wilson is an actor who has been described as “magnificent”, “sumptuous” and “dazzling” in various reviews.

Carmen teaches drama locally and is hoping to retire to the stage in due course. Roles like the superb Romaine in Witness for the Prosecution don’t come around often enough for women her age, so Carmen intends to honour the character, the playwright, the director and menopausal actors worldwide with an infallible performance.

We can’t wait to see what she brings to the courtroom!

Leonard Vole

Shane Brown brings more than 25 years of experience in New Zealand’s performing arts industry to the role of Leonard Vole in Witness for the Prosecution.

A performer, musical director, educator and mentor, Shane has appeared in more than 50 productions and musically directed over 24 musicals. His passion for theatre and storytelling has taken him to stages throughout New Zealand.

For Shane, taking on the role of Leonard Vole marks an exciting return to the stage in one of Agatha Christie’s most gripping courtroom dramas.

But as the evidence unfolds and the case takes unexpected turns…
