Are you ready to take the stand? Creative Stageworks, proudly in association with Play Bureau NZ, is thrilled to announce auditions for the ultimate courtroom thriller: Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution.

This isn’t just a play—it’s one of the most immersive courtroom theatrical events ever staged. Inspired by the gritty, interactive atmosphere of the hit UK production, we are turning the auditorium into a live legal arena where the audience is the jury and the stakes are life and death.

THE CASE

Leonard Vole stands accused of a brutal murder. The evidence is mounting, the testimonies are shocking, and the truth is a moving target. In true Christie fashion, nothing is as it seems. We are looking for a powerhouse cast to bring this high-stakes drama to life in a way Palmerston North has never experienced before.
