VIOLETS ON KENNEDY IS TAKING A BREAK THIS SEASON.
I've taken up an unexpected opportunity and am so excited for a new challenge. But it's going to need all my attention for the best part of the season so I've decided to press pause on the flowers for now. I'll reassess as I go and update here if anything changes.

And just like that, my season is finished. This hot bunch was the last of my field! I'll be back with all new varieties ...

Come and get some JOY! Tomorrow is a Flower Drop with a twist.
Blooms by the stem, on a "Pay What You Can" basis, from 9am.

I also have 2 order options till the end of this season - $25+ "Gate Style", or $50+ "Special Order" (I'll repost these details shortly).

I started Violets on Kennedy for 2 reasons. 1. I really missed working with flowers, they bring me joy and fill my creative cup 2. To make simple flowers accessible to everyone in our community.

As I've gotten busier, I've had to charge more to cover my time. As the pressure increased, the joy trickled away. I haven't done many flower drops this summer and it's been a relief. I work a day job and have a young family alongside the flowers and it was impossible to give everything 100% - something had to give!

Tomorrow's "Pay What You Can" is about coming back to offering simple flowers for everyone, and recapturing some joy, both for me and for you!

I've been thinking a lot about how to do things the remainder of this season.. Long story short, I'm going to swap out weekly flower drops for two order options.

A casual bunch of season's best. Bring a jar or bucket if they are not going straight into water. Ideal for home or to gift. Collection only.

๐ŸŒฟ SPECIAL ORDER $50+
Picked with your recipient in mind, your flowers are intentionally arranged and designed into a waterbox with beautiful fabric wrap. Free delivery within Paeroa township.

24hrs notice for either option is preferred, flowers are cut to order.
