We started DirtFarm because we are 100% committed to seeing riders come together and share their passion for biking and dirt. Our tracks have been dug and designed with expert eyes to make sure they're challenging and full-on fun. Access

is strictly through invite, event registration or by attending our skill clinics. But we'll make coming along to any of those things a simple process, to ensure the maximum number of biking enthusiasts get to enjoy our tracks to the fullest.

Well it's taken a little longer than expected (but hey doesn't every job), BUT I'm pretty happy with our small wedding catering area. Every offcut in our shed used, pizza prep area, 2 fridges, pizza oven, heaps of bench space. Amazing what you can squeeze into a small space. All that's left to do is Install new bar fridge, pop a door under the sink, splash of polyurethane on the walls and resin the benches AND boom we are on like donkey Kong. Couldn't be easier to self cater your next (hopefully first and last) wedding, OR let us serve you up wood fired goodness and sit back and enjoy the party.

BUT getting your dough consistency just right, spinning pizza dough in the air so it's professionally circular and getting the perfect balance of ingredients is no mean task. Attempt 10000000000 of mastering the art of smoking meats, so we can provide our guests with THE most delicious degustation experience of their lives. 

Think I won with the simple 12hr smoked brisket (although even wearing the black gloves, the video didn't do it justice. Did taste amazing with incredible texture...if I do say so myself). 
The rolled brisket with jalapeno chutney filling didn't quite hit the mark.  Mainly because when I squeezed it, it looked like the meat was doing a 💩.

I need help here.  Give me your secret formula for smoking brisket....promise I won't tell ;)
