Please support this petition and big effort to stop Bottom Trawling.

More than 50,000 signatures are in calling for change! ✍️ HOW MANY MORE CAN WE GET?

Blair Tuke, Live Ocean co-founder, put it best - "That is a significant number of people who to want an end to bottom trawling and sends a clear message to our decision makers that New Zealanders want to change."

"Now let’s see how far we can go with it. Jono’s effort has been superhuman, so let’s match that.” 💪

Since departing Waikuku Beach, North Cape on 5 January, Jono has swum over 1312km across 452 hours. And now, he is just 50km away from Te-Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.

Get behind Jono's efforts by signing. It’s time for Aotearoa New Zealand to stop being an outlier and protect the ocean’s most vital habitats by ending bottom trawling 🌊
