I'm very interested in how you choose your Celebrant. My couples generally come from referrals by friends and family (weddings I have officiated for) and of course those researching online.
Recently I found a company online, located in the UK. They are doing a lot of advertising on social media offering fast and free quotes. What they don't tell you is they will email a Celebrant but for the Celebrant to your contact details, they charge coupons. Coupons cost the Celebrant approximately $20 per request.
Lists of Celebrants can be easily found on the BDM site or Celebrants Aotearoa site.

What venue would you have for your ceremony? Outdoors? or do you prefer indoors?
