You know what I LOVE about our Wedding Shows?

Watching the authentic connections take place.

There's absolutely no substitute for it. With so much inauthentic content doing the rounds these days, the same templates being used over and over, videos and images being created by AI, it's hard to know what's real and what's not. It's hard to know who's genuine and who isn't. But the Wedding Show gives couples and Vendors the opportunity to meet face to face, to connect in a genuine way.

And we love it!

It's why we've already set about planning the 2027 Show - who's coming along for the ride?

Vendors - serious question....

How's your 2026/27 diary looking?

This year LOTS of couples are leaving it pretty late in the year to book things for their special day, so if your diary is looking a little quiet - you don't need to panic yet.

The volatility in the Middle East, the resulting rise in fuel prices and economic instability has made people a little more cautious about their spending. People are making more considered choices about where to spend their budget and when.

But aside from that - do you think maybe people are finding it difficult to find YOU? How easy is it to find your business? Did you know that most people don't go past the first page of Google? I'm serious.....years ago a business mentor told me - if you're not on the first page of a Google search - you're not on Google - and that's stuck with me.

That's where we come in. We do the hard yards, we spend the money on social media advertising and search engine optimisation so our Vendors don't have to. We make sure that we're on the first page of Google so that couples who're looking for you find us, and in return, find you.

Who wants to know one of my biggest regrets from when me and Mr TW got married more than 16 years ago.....?

Not getting a videographer! Honestly.

You see - I'd been forced to sit through so many dodgy home videos from my loved ones big days - shakey camera footage, muffled sound, blown out details and I thought - we don't need that. We don't need to force our friends and family to sit through a video of our day!

Turns out - not only did we need it - we want it!

A wedding day goes by so fast. I know people say that ALL the time - but I'm serious. I had my dress on for more than 10 hours, and I barely remember a second of it. I can hardly remember the vows we made, I can only remember a line or two from my Dads speech, I only remember a few moments here and there and I so so wish that I had booked a videographer. Because you know what - your video isn't for your friends and family - it's for you. To look back on, to remember, to love.

So book the professional videographer. You'll never regret the investment.

And P.S. now I LOVE a Wedding Video - can't wait to see them and often find myself scrolling aimlessly through them on insta!
