Frank SMITH Obituary

Peacefully, after a brief illness, on Friday, July 3, 2026, aged 81 years. Reunited with Shirley. Loved Dad of Cathy, Ray and Isla (dec), Kelvin and Loren, and Dianne. Grandad of loads of grandkids and a handful of great-grandkids. A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held in the Taranaki Crematorium Chapel, Junction Road, New Plymouth, on Wednesday, 8 July at 10.30am. The service will also be livestreamed at

I have just been advised of another Passing Staff Mate some details here

Alistair Tompkin has passed away recently in Traralgon, Victoria, Australia today after a long health battle. Alistair is survived by his children in Hamilton, Traralgon and overseas. Cheryl had passed away in August 2022. Alistair was an influential leader rising to the top management team at New Plymouth Power Station. We celebrate Alistair’s life but sadly acknowledge his passing.
