The NBS Nelson Giants' final basketball game for the season concluded with a narrow loss, rather than a win. However, the stadium was filled to capacity, which was a wonderful sight. Throughout the season, we have taken great pleasure in catering for the corporate tables. NBS Nelson Giants.

We extend our gratitude to Registered Master Builders Association for selecting Beachside Nelson Conference & Events Centre to host the Upper South Island Constructive Summit.

Our team enjoyed catering to your clients and sponsors, providing them with our signature Buddha bowls for lunch, and canapés and refreshments in the evening.

Two years in the planning and reflecting on what we called Mad May the biggest two days of my 22 year catering career and many people to thank. First of all my team we are a small team of five, so grateful for the girls embracing the opportunity of catering this huge conference over two days last week.
660 morning teas
660 lunches
660 afternoon teas
250 three course buffet dinner
250 four course formal plated dinner
Thousands of tea/coffee and juice
All in a 48 hour window.
The team of thirty staff that showed up each day smiles on their faces and getting the job done.
The five chefs that supported Corina to execute our catering not only on time but to a very high standard.
To my hospitality buddies and fellow self employed catering friends thank you for picking up our regular clients and overflo last month it’s much appreciated so important that our regulars get looked after and great they get to sample your great food.
Didn’t get a lot of photos but among the constant busy we snapped a few fun photos.
Finally a thank you to the team at WIOG for asking us to cater their two day conference.
