A little bit of who we are.... we are a hire business who specialize in portable spit roasters. Hire includes drop off, pick up, full gas bottle and of course the spit roaster. You can either elect to put a whole carcass on the spit, or we have a basket option, great for putting rolled roasts, leg roasts, and also room for the spuds and other vegetables. This is as awesome way to entertain a group

of people in a different way than the standard kiwi BBQ. We also offer catering services from a drop off and collection the next day (No dishes! Give us a call on on the CALL NOW BUTTON

Had the absolute pleasure of having this fab team cater my wedding recently.
Every aspect of dealing with them was amazing. Cannot recommend them enough!!! Food was delicious (guests loved it), communication and flexibility were 10/10. Brides, do yourself a favour and book these guys. Thank you!!!

We had Smoke'n And Spits cater our big celebration a few weeks ago, and we honestly can't recommend them enough! Gareth and Sam were a dream to work with—super easygoing and made the whole process completely stress-free.

They took care of everything—plates, cutlery, Bain Maries, condiments, salads (which were incredible!), and of course, the meat. We had lamb, pork, and beef, all of which were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. Plus, there was plenty to go around!
