I mean it's been a while since I cried on the internet π€¦πΌββοΈππ
I just really wanted to share this moment with you all, you have been here for the journey with us through all the ups and downs.
It's been so humbling this week to look back on the last 3 years and how far we have come. Through nap times and divorce and some absolute nightmare boarders (must tell you some stories sometime soon π). It's just me and my wee girlie and the flowers slogging it out rain or shine! Ripping out lawn, drill in hand, shoveling load after load of compost πͺ
There's been so many days when I've thought I just need to give up and get a regular job... When I've spent another $2000 at the start of Winter on tulip bulbs, I've thought... Am I making the right choice here? Are we going to make it to Spring...??
β The hardest part honestly has been pacing myself...( Any other recovering over-achievers out there? π ) Motherhood has been a real lesson in slowing down, and prioritizing rest as much as I prioritize momentum. I remind myself before making business decisions that I'm doing this because I love it, and because it let's me be the mother I want to be and that's what makes our success this week all the sweeter. Because pure passion payed the mortgage!!! β₯οΈ
π I posted this update on my stories this week and you all have blown me away with the amazing messages of support and encouragement... Sounds like tears are contagious, there's been a few of you crying along with me... (hello my fellow sensitive souls!)
So thankyou everyone! We couldn't do this without you supporting us, buying our flowers, liking and commenting on our posts, and showing up with us. We appreciate it all! β₯οΈ β₯οΈ β₯οΈ I am beyond excited to see where our flowers take us this year... You coming to find out? π
