Hey Team

Just a brief post to say that due to other life commitments I have been unable to arrange a date for Long play for March or April, we will however be back later in the year at The Waka with more progressive goodness for you all once life (hopefully) calms down a wee bit!

So… at 47 I’ve finally entered my first DJ competition and submitted a mix for Decoded Magazine’s Mix of the Month.

A Non music post, but still a worthy one.

My family is taking part in the Cancer Society Relay for life this year, we have done this several times but this one will be especially poignant for us following the loss of my father in law to Cancer last year, so will be a lot of time reflecting on that as we walk.
I know times are really bloody tough at the moment so please only donate if you truly can spare it, but if anyone did have any spare and wanted to donate to to help raise money for the cancer society I would be truly grateful -

Happy Hump Day everyone.

After playing both styles I love, funky disco house and progressive house, at the Garden Party last weekend I get to do it all again this weekend.

On Friday you can catch me playing funky house at Red16 with Dj King B, to celebrate his birthday we're bringing the secret garden vibes back
Then on Saturday I'll be playing deep melodic progressive house at Long Play - FREE ENTRY, at The Waka. We are kicking off at 9 with PETSAN till 11 then me till close, both of us playing long sets.

Massive thank you to everyone who helped make yesterday what it was 💚
To all the DJs — absolute class from start to finish. The energy, the care, the tunes… proper special.
To Fairfield House — what a venue. We’re so lucky to be able to dance in a place like that.
To Street Food on Washington — legends, keeping everyone fuelled and smiling all day.
And to Kismet for hosting the after party and letting us carry the energy into the night — perfect way to round it all off.
Most of all, thank you to everyone who came along, brought good vibes, kindness, and made it feel like a real shared moment. That’s what it’s all about.

And of course my main man and partner in crime who i do this with, Sonic, love doing this whipped cream journey with ya homes.
