A beloved French tradition, the Galette des Rois is more than just a dessert—it’s a game and a moment to share with loved ones! Made with flaky puff pastry and filled with a luscious almond and sesame frangipane, our galette comes with a twist: instead of a porcelain fève, we’ve hidden a hazelnut for safety, so no-one break their teeth.

💡 How It Works:
1️⃣ Gather with friends or family around the table.
2️⃣ The youngest person goes under the table and decides who gets each slice.
3️⃣ Whoever finds the hidden hazelnut becomes the king or queen of the day! 👑
