Kim and Jase timed it right with a beautiful friday wedding before the weather closed in,
As soon as I sat down with Kim and Jase at our first meeting I knew their wedding would be an absolute hoot going off their personalities!
We clicked from day one and the laughs never stopped!
Their ceremony was at a private farm overlooking the beautiful Waimaramara beach and it screamed of perfection, just like the bride herself........ Jase mate...... you scrubbed up pretty bloody well yourself!

In the weekend the ever so gorgeous Chantel married her best friend Grant, in front of their delightful children, friends and family.
The weather couldn't have been any better, add in the delicious food and fabulous Crab Farm Winery - Hawke's Bay bubbles which is a favorite of mine and it couldn't have been any better!
Always a pleasure bumping into Lisa Fisher Photography whom captures the stunning shots!

Well the rain held off and the temperature was absolutely perfect for a stunning wedding at Valley D Vine Restaurant and Function center- Esk Valley, Napier Linden Estate Winery
Not only did I have the fun of being Georgia and Thomas's celebrant but the privilege of being their MC also!
Such bloody fun!
A massive thanks to Greg Miller and the awesome team for keeping the wine chilled and the food absolutely scrumptious, thank you!
Thomas and Georgia certainly made my job super easy. They were chilled, down to earth and their cute and very well behaved fur baby Lane was delightful!
Another wedding done and my happy bucket once again filled!

Friday saw two families blending into one,
The very gorgeous Ellen married her prince charming Louie at the fabulous spot of Waiterenui Wedding Venue , there is something about a barn that i absolutely love!
Timeless, elegant and fun! Much like the couple themselves.

Not even the rain could dampen the spirits of Hana and Vinnie on their epic day at Meadowood Wedding and Event Venue
Saturday brought rain and mist but it didnt stop everyone from having a fabulous time,
Not only did I have the privilege of being their celebrant but everyone had to put up with me being the MC also, yes I dished the laughter, the odd inappropriate comment but thats my vibe!
Its fair to say there was lots of laughs, I even cranked out the spilts at one point, but that wasnt before all the fun of watching the talented Danelle Kendrick Photography snapping away on her lens, Dj Hurricane cranking out the awesome beats, Black Betty BBQ serving some delicious Kai and Lulu's Soft Serve HB offering the goods!!!!
I certainly clicked with Hana and Vinnie along with their amazing friends and family, not to mention the snuggles with gorgeous wee Flynn!
Cup is full!!!!

Ok..... so im just putting it out there...... still absolutely fizzing after Tom and Alex's wedding at the Church Road Winery in the weekend,
People often ask me "Hope you have a full on life with your kids having competitive sports most days of the week and you work full time as a funeral director so why do the weddings?"
Well.... these photos perfectly captured by the talented ryanmccauleyphoto speak for themselves!!!
Its meeting epic people, its the love and laughter, its the glass of wine with bloody awesome people i meet to start the celebrations,
Its ensuring not only my brides and Grooms are happy but also keeping their guests entertained and relaxed, its meeting awesome vendors,
Its knowing I can create and deliver a ceremony that ensures its a ceremony to remember, no ceremonies are the same, they arent boring, they have guests laughing and my couples feeling at ease!

This season there has been alot of backyard weddings and I absolutely love them, small intimate and homely!

Sometimes the best days are the quiet elopements.
Such a special one this one that even the hyperthermic weather couldn't stop the warm feeling of love!!!!!
Brooke is my work colleague and friend so it was a magical moment all round, seeing her find her happily ever after in Roger filled my happy bucket.... and then what better way to celebrate being married...... by throwing yourself off a perfectly good bridge with a bungy at Taupo.

There's nothing more refreshing than a lovely chilled Linden Estate Winery Rose bubbles on a sweltering wedding day, Kerry and Gerard surrounded by their friends, family and lush green vineyards became husband and wife, Congratulations team! Absolutely epic day!!! Valley D Vine Restaurant and Function center- Esk Valley, Napier
And once again thanks Meredith Lord Photography for the laughs, always a good time to be had.
