Friday night done right ✨
The brief: canapés + dessert for 210 guests.
On the menu:
• Moroccan lamb meatballs with mint cucumber tzatziki
• Thai corn fritters with sour cream & herbs
• Pulled pork tacos
• Southern fried chicken bites with kewpie & sriracha
Dessert was a selection of individual chocolate mousses, cheesecakes & pastry tarts 🍫🍰
With 5 waitstaff on the floor and 3 in the kitchen, everything ran like clockwork. A great team effort and a fantastic night all round!
