On support this Friday for UPGRADE (UK) w Special Guest BURNZY - Mount Maunganui - Drum and Bass Night we have Dally, also known as “Dallas Taikato” a formidable and promising up and coming Drum and Bass selecta.

Gaining inspiration from the likes of Crossy, Zoro, Disrupta, Voltage and many more, Dally loves to throw down many sub-genres of Drum and Bass such as Minimal Rollers, Minimal Neuro, Ragga inspired dance floor and jungle into his mix’s/sets with the odd crowd pleaser for all the High Contrast, Wilkinson and Dimension lovers.

Based in Tauranga/Mount Maunganui, Dally has hit the Drum and Bass scene flying with his first gig locked in by winning the Wild Card slot to support WITTERS at Totara Street late last year and recently had some banger performances which included being on the support for international act Delta Heavy at Waihi Beach hotel.

We are welcoming KAYES back for 2021 in support for UPGRADE (UK) - Mount Maunganui - Drum and Bass Night

DJ KAYES is a female Drum and Bass DJ based in Tauranga NZ.

Throughout 2020 Kayes has been making waves throughout the scene supporting huge NZ and international artists while also playing at large scale events such as Mardi Gras.

Her journey has taken her around the country where she has showed her versatility as a DJ to a variety of crowds.

BEUGUS - Just over two years ago at 18 years old he picked up his first pair of decks, ever since he's been ripping mixes across the Bay, from shutting down Te Puna to opening for the Kiwi Don Witters in 2020.

ENCEE B2B NOIZZY - Bass Container at S.O.S Sounds Of Summer ft. BODY OCEAN - House Techno DNB - 20th Feb - Our Place TGA.

Tauranga based newcomer ENCEE is a new rising talent in the TGA scene. His love for Drum & Bass / Trap music is shown through his heavy hitting performances and is one not to be missed at S.O.S.

Also Tauranga based NOIZZY has been playing professionally around Tauranga from 2018 and has since played a multitude of sets with residencies at a number of bars.
He has a way of connecting to the crowd and the music no matter the atmosphere. With a love for music, he can play any genre, he will keep it "Noizzy" all night and have dance floors pumping.
