My name is Tracy, my partner and I have two beautiful girls who are turning 4 and 1 this year. I have always had a passion about planning, love making lists of things to achieve and going above and beyond to make it perfect. Since having my girls and planning their beautiful birthday parties I have developed a love. Just recently I was sitting thinking to myself that I am going to be “that mum” wh

o has a birthday party for their kid every year. I realized I wasn’t completely doing it for them, it gave me the chance to have some fun and get creative, see my ideas come to life. 🔹 Navy, White & Ready for Ball Night 🔹

A classic colour combination never goes out of style!

This setup featured a navy blue Chiara wall alongside a navy and white balloon display, creating the perfect backdrop for an Otago Boys’ High School Formal pre-ball gathering.

Pre-ball celebrations have become such a special part of the occasion – bringing family and friends together to take photos, share the excitement, and send everyone off in style before a memorable evening.

I loved helping create a space that was both sophisticated and fun, with plenty of opportunities to capture those all-important ball photos. 📸✨

Saturday night’s Freeman & Turner Travel Associates black tie event — Journey for a Cure ✨🎀

Held at the beautiful Toitū Otago Settlers Museum, the evening was filled with sophistication, incredible food, live music, inspiring guest speakers, auctions, raffles and prizes all while fundraising for a cause so incredibly close and special to so many hearts.

The pink flower wall was the perfect addition for this special Pink Ribbon event, adding a beautiful backdrop to such a meaningful evening ✨

Just a little heads up — I’m taking the long weekend off! ☀️

One thing I’m really proud of in 2026 is creating a better balance between work, family, and rest. After a huge couple of weeks of events, set ups, parties, and the craziness of carnival, I’m officially pressing pause for a few days.

The carnival weekend was an absolute blast with events, and this weekend has been next-level busy too — so a short reset is definitely needed before jumping back into it all again.

If you’re needing any hire items for the coming weekend, please get in touch ASAP. All bookings and arrangements will need to be confirmed by 2pm Wednesday 27th May.

I’ll be logging off around noon Thursday and returning Tuesday afternoon, 2nd June.

Blue skies, blue theme, and 3 legends celebrating 40 in style 💙☀️

Dunedin delivered the goods with an unreal day for a milestone celebration packed with good company, plenty of laughs, and an atmosphere that was hard to beat.

The blue setup looked incredible and set the scene perfectly for an unforgettable 40th celebration. Thanks for having us be part of such a special day 🍻🥳

Make sure you swing upstairs to MKT Party Place to warm up, hit the dance floor, and escape the chill! 🥶🤣

✨ Disco lights going
✨ Plenty of space for kids (and adults!) to show off their best moves 💃🕺
