✨ WE’RE FINALISTS! ✨

We are delighted to announce that the Wairarapa Wedding Expo has been named a finalist in the 2026 NZ Wedding Industry Awards in the category of 'Wedding Show / Event'.

This recognition is particularly special as our 2026 Wedding Expo marked our final Wedding Expo at Solway Park. After many years of welcoming couples, exhibitors and industry professionals through our doors, it is wonderful to have the event recognised in this way as we close this chapter.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of the wonderful wedding suppliers who have supported our expos, as well as every couple and guest who has attended. We could not have created these events without the incredible support of our local wedding industry and wider community.

Also a very big special thank you to Brent Gare, Jaime and Jess at The Breeze FM for all of your incredible support throughout our Wedding Expo journey. Your ongoing radio and online promotion, enthusiasm and support has played such a huge part in helping us bring our event to life and reach so many couples across the region.

We are especially grateful for your involvement in our Win a Wedding promotion and for helping us create such an exciting opportunity for one very lucky couple. It was fantastic to see the campaign come together and the incredible response it received. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you, and we are so appreciative of the time, energy and support you have given us!

We are incredibly proud and look forward to celebrating alongside our fellow finalists at the 2026 NZ Wedding Industry Awards in October!
