As humans we are not mind readers. When I work with couples on their wedding vows, I always encourage them to include not only what they promise each other in marriage, but also to ask for what they want to receive. Most of us have one dominant love language. Knowing your partner’s love language means you can keep each other’s cup full, amplifying the love in your relationship. Walking down the aisle is a special part of a wedding day. Picking a song is just one of the many fun things involved in planning a wedding and it’s a great way to let your personalities shine. You should be prepared to expect a few tears as your partner sees you for the first time in your dress! Robbie’s excitement was palpable as Hannah made her grand entrance to 'I Get To Love You'.

I’ve found many couples leave their wedding speeches to the last minute creating stress and angst in the lead up to their big day. This is understandable as public speaking is apparently feared more than dying! The best speeches include humorous anecdotes and heart-felt stories, thank yous, mentions of people who can’t be present and use eye contact to engage the entire room. I always recommend practice, practice, practice so you feel confident and prepared in case nerves kick in on the night. With over 25 years experience in Toastmasters, my services include speech writing that will WOW the crowd including the MIL!
