Community we need your help! 🚨

You may have already done so on our instagram; we need to know which colour way is the MOST popular for these new chairs we are considering adding to our collection. 🪑

The feedback we’ve had so far is definitely white, however there has also been feedback around how much easier black would be to keep clean. Black is our favourite but the white sample chair does look pretty flash in our chair line up! 🫣

Help us out team, what do you think?

Wine glasses, beer glasses, GIANT glasses.. yep we’ll sort you out. 😂

The first Father’s Day without our Dad. It’s been an awkward one to say the least. We miss and love you immensely Dad. Happy Heavenly Father’s Day and to all the Dads, we hope you’ve enjoyed yours. ❤️

Getting married? Need a marquee? Need to dress your venue? 💒

We are looking for couples in the Horowhenua & wider areas who would trade some professional photos from their big day for a big discount on one of our marquees or silk liners. 💍🪩

We are two sisters who have taken over our late father’s event hire business and we’re trying to build our gallery. 📷

If you or someone you know are getting married, tag them below, send us a message or fill out our enquiry box on our website. Bonus points for any feedback on our website 🗣️

From two sisters trying to make their Dad proud, thank you. ❤️

📣 Got a story we should know about?

The Horowhenua Chronicle is always looking for local stories, and the best ones come directly from you.

Is someone in our community doing something remarkable? Has your club, school or organisation achieved something worth celebrating? Is there an issue affecting your neighbourhood that deserves attention? Maybe there’s an interesting character, milestone, event, business, sporting achievement or feel-good story that others would love to read about.
I’d love to hear your story leads.

Nothing is too small to send through, sometimes the seemingly little stories are the ones that mean the most to a community.
Drop me a message or comment below and let me know who, what, where and why you think it deserves a story. 📰✍️

And please share this post, you never know who might be sitting on a great story!

Behind the scenes of our silk liners going up at the FAHS Feilding High School Hostel Ball on the weekend. ✨

We hadn’t worked in this particular hall before so it was a great opportunity for us - and our first big, brand-new job since losing Dad.

While it was a BIG challenge we’re chuffed with how it all came together, we’re very proud of our installers and even more so with the lovely feedback we received.

“The hall looked amazing. The kids all had a great night. Such a big job for the guys but they did you proud. You will hear from us again next year. Thanks”

Looking forward to being even better next year Feilding! 🥰

A beautiful story for Dad ❤️ and a big thank you to the community. ☺️
