This year's Mental Health Awareness Week theme, Top Up Together, encourages you to connect with others as you bring the Five Ways to Wellbeing into your daily life.
A feel-Good Dance Class with Anna McCabe, Dance Teacher

Join Anna for an upbeat and fun dance session that’s all about moving your body, lifting your mood, and having fun – no experience needed!
Mental Wellbeing Talk with Polly Schaverien, Senior Clinical Psychologist
Friday 10th October, 11:30 AM
Polly will share practical tips on:
How to care for your mental wellbeing
When to reach out for help
Simple, everyday ways to build emotional resilience
Stay after for a hot drink and a friendly chat!
