Getting to go to new places is one of the bonuses of being a Celebrant. Loved my trip to
Whananaki today. Beautiful beach on Motutara farm to celebrate a wedding. Loved the table of glasses with guests being invited to choose their own glass for the day and then take it home as a memento of the special day.

This lovely lady asked for a simple, family service and that is exactly what I was honoured to lead this morning. So many beautiful heartfelt stories were shared amongst laughter and tears as 97 well lived years were remembered. Valencia Lane Flowers - a beautiful tribute of fresh flowers.

A stroll up the farm track for a beautiful wedding ceremony on top of the world. Another wonderful scene in the Far North this afternoon. (The Australian guests were very impressed with our great scenery!)

Yesterday a little girl's dream became a bride's reality. What a beautiful location out on Grandma and Grandpa's farm - just a wee 4WD trek away to see a magnificent view. A great way to start married life on top of the world.

It was an honour to lead the celebration of life for a very special 93 year old lady today. Loved the flowers from home and the memories shared on the casket. She loved colour, flowers, creativity and people and that all showed in the service we held.

What a beautiful setting and backdrop for this morning's wedding. A small, simple and intimate ceremony as requested by the couple. A great start to a wonderful life ahead.

It rained, it blew, Civil Defence sent emergency alerts to our phones BUT I got to be the luckiest celebrant to marry my beautiful niece. What a wonderful time we had between the showers and it was made even more special by the wonderful "flower girls" my Mum, the bride's Nan and her Grandma. What a special day we had.

93 times around the sun is a great life with many stories to be told. Loved being asked to lead today's funeral service for a special man - what an honour and a privilege to hear those wonderful stories and experience the love of all the family.
