As I look back on the past 8 incredible years, I'm filled with gratitude and nostalgia. In 2015, Kathie and I embarked on an exciting journey together, launching Calico Blue Catering. We've had the privilege of being part of so many special moments - birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, and even the tough times, like funerals.
Through it all, Kathie and I have worked seamlessly together, building a business that's brought joy and delicious food to countless people. However, after much consideration, Kathie has decided to leave Calico Blue and pursue a new career path.
I'm going to miss her terribly, but I'm also incredibly proud of what we've achieved together. I wish Kathie all the best on her new adventure and thank her for being an amazing partner and friend.
Calico Blue Catering will continue to thrive, and I'm excited for the new chapter ahead. Thank you to our loyal clients, friends, and family for your unwavering support. Here's to many more delicious memories to come! "
