We have had the pleasure of having Scarlett joining us on a Tuesday to learn what it’s like being a florist through the Gateway programme at her school.
She is such a delight to teach and so eager to learn.
After learning the spiralling technique a few weeks ago and already mastering making a posy, today she had a crack at an upright bouquet and as you can see - she nailed it!

These little pieces truly are a labour of love, we try to incorporate elements that will compliment and enhance the outfit and with each one taking an hour from start to finish - we have to limit numbers due to their not being enough hours in the day
