Previous STAC couples, do you relate?! 🤍
We chat to our couples so often about guest flow and logistics! Where is your bar, how far away is the chiller trailer, where are we stacking glasses out of sight, do you have enough shade at cocktail hour, you don't want people in the marquee, but havn't considered enough seating during Canapés, a big dance crew, but only a 4m x 4m dancefloor, or need to break down tables because your marquee isnt large enough.... takes deep breath...
Is it clear where your ceremony is from guest parking, what happens after dark, forgotten lighting on the walk back, where can suppliers store items if needed, or yourself DIY boxes, who is collecting your gifts/cards at the end of the night.... one more deep breath before we think you get the idea...
Nowhere for grandparents to have a cup of tea and cake in a lounge corner (we LOVE a good cozy corner), power needs not considered for caterers and bands, underestimating rubbish collection needs (not fun but needs must!), treating loo's like an after thought - it's amazing what a mirror, some actual hand towels and a basket of goodies and some fresh flowers can do to lush them up!
Logistics and layout are so, so key to a seamless day, and we know they can become a bit of a bore when you have been deep in the gorgeous florals and cocktail menu but this is why couples love that we dot all of these i's pre wedding 💃
