WILLIE APIATA
What an absolute pleasure to be the chosen venue to host the Taranaki Rural Support Trust event with Willie Apiata, VC.
A beautiful talk from him to almost 200 guests, hanging off his every word.

Thank you to everyone who came along - we hope you loved the event as much as we did!

Earlier this week, we were honoured to host the Taranaki Rural Support Trust event with Willie Apiata, VC. A fantastic crowd, great food, amazing sponsors and a humbling experience with Willie. An absolute pleasure and something we will all remember for a very long time.

FUNDRAISING UPDATE
A huge THANK YOU to NZCT for their generous $10,000 grant towards the changing room fit-out for our new TET Pavilion!

Another fantastic boost for our project, and we're incredibly grateful for their support.

We know times are tough, and with an election year ahead, securing funding isn't getting any easier. But we're determined to reach the finish line!

With North Taranaki Touch returning to Carnival Park this summer, imagine having shelter, proper toilets, somewhere to refill water bottles and modern changing facilities for our players, families and supporters.

Our Givealittle is still running, and even $10 from families using Carnival Park this summer would make a difference.

We're so close. Let's get this done for our community and future generations.

Help us reach the finish line!

OR

ADAPTIVE ATHLETICS IS BACK!

We’re excited to welcome everyone back for another season of Adaptive Athletics at TET Stadium & Events Centre

Our sessions are all about having fun, building confidence, learning new skills and, most importantly, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy athletics in a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment.

Thank you to Taranaki Electricity Trust for making opportunities like this possible!

We’re also looking forward to welcoming ParaFed Taranaki back again this season as we continue working together to promote inclusion and create more opportunities for adaptive athletes across our region.

Everyone is welcome, and no experience is needed!

We can’t wait to see some familiar faces and welcome new ones to the track!

PLEASE KEEP THE GATE SHUT

Close the gate behind you every time. Don’t leave it open or let friends follow you through - every track user needs their own access and must scan in and out.

Those scans give us accurate track usage numbers. They’re important when we apply for funding to maintain and improve the facility.

Keeping the gate shut and using your own access are part of the track access terms you agreed to when you signed up.

Thanks for helping us keep the track secure and supporting its future.

Why is a facility like this in Inglewood? It’s a question we hear often!

As part of Taranaki Community Stadium Trust’s 40-year celebrations last year, we spoke with Wally Gillum about the vision, community effort and determination that brought this facility to life.

This is the story of why it is here - and why it continues to serve our community today.
