Huge achievement today as Our head chef Blair James Glenny hits a 5 year milestone with probably a 99% attendance rate 👍

A lot has changed in 5 years, the restaurant was fresh and not even open yet, (restaurant turns 5 in Sept this year) so everything you see has all been done in thay time and Blair has been there for it all!

He is also the first to recieve the official Black Betty 5Year plaque which, huge congrats!

Some weeks over a tonne of meat goes out of the kitchen, across 100s of people every day and the high standard kept on food and in the kitchen each day is credit to him!

He is the mad creator behind every delicious cheesecake which is different each week and also most recently - the now famous Smokey Blue Toastie

Also will be releasing this years merch design dedicated to 5 years at Warren st! Let me know if youd like to order one 👍 tees, crew jersey & long sleeve.

This Thursday we will be closed for bookings from 4pm for our bro Damians wake for a few beers n bbq. Anyone who knew him is welcome to come and socialize and have a good time and of course try his signature Keto burger. I am only too happy to host this important event as a mate but also we were lucky to see him multiple times per week, every week.

Damian Smith was a loyal Black Betty customer, right from the very start and a true friend. He is the reason our famous Keto Burger exists and he would smash multiple of them a week with us. He was always so energetic and had kind words to say and a tonne of knowledge that I think has changed 1000s of lives during his time here. He will be missed by us all, like so many, we are all so shocked to lose the bro Damo. All our love to Lenka and the kids during this time xx
