🚐EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT – We’re moving to Hamilton!
The CampSaver Second-Hand Motorhome & Caravan Show is heading to a new home for 2026, and we can’t wait to welcome you there.

📅 28 – 29 November 2026
📍 Claudelands Events Centre, Hamilton

Over the past year, the show has seen fantastic demand, with second-hand vehicle numbers jumping from 100 motorhomes and caravans in 2024 to over 230 in 2025. With more buyers and sellers wanting to be part of the event, the move to Hamilton means more vehicles, more visitors, and an even better show experience.

Join us for a huge weekend of second-hand motorhomes, caravans, camping gear and unbeatable deals, all under one roof.

Whether you're looking to buy, sell, upgrade or just explore, this is the place to find your next adventure vehicle.

CampSaver have made a change to the CampSaver timeline. The current CampSaver season will now be extended through to 31 August 2026 (instead of ending on 1 May 2026).

From there, seasons will run 1 September – 31 August each year going forward.

A New Season Structure For CampSaver

We hope you enjoyed staying at CampSaver campgrounds over the summer, even though many were in exclusion periods. Now that peak season is over, most are once again offering their discounted rates, giving you more places to stay for less.

This year, we’re making a change to the CampSaver timeline. Instead of launching a new season on 1 May, the current season will be extended until 31 August 2026.

From then on, CampSaver seasons will run from 1 September to 31 August each year. This better aligns the programme with the start of peak travel and reflects how CampSaver has evolved from an off-season initiative into a year-round programme.

CampSaver will continue to operate as normal during this transition, with over 100 participating campgrounds nationwide offering discounted rates. Their details have been updated on the NZMCA App and Online Travel Directory through to 31 August. Please remember to sync your NZMCA app, check listings before you arrive, as campground details can change at any time.

Great weather, fantastic crowds, over 200 second hand RVs to view, and fun exhibitors! A huge thank you to everyone who came out today, and we look forward to seeing you for Day 2, from 9.00am tomorrow!
