On behalf of the Indian Cultural Society (Waikato), we are thrilled to invite you, your family, and your team to join us for the 34th Waikato Diwali Mela 2024!

Event Highlights:

- Date: November 2, 2024
- Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Location: Innes Common, Hamilton Lake (Lake Rotorua).
- Admission: Free and open to the Hamilton public
- Expected Attendance: Over 10,000 people
- Food Stalls: South Asian, Kiwi, and Chinese cuisines
- Cultural Performances: Regional dances from India
- Ceremonial Lighting of the 'Diya'
- Chief Guests: Indian High Commissioner, Local MPs, Mayor of Hamilton, and Indian MPs
- Fireworks Display: Magnificent show over Hamilton Lake

Note: Bring your picnic chairs or mats for comfortable seating. Something warm to wear for later in the evening.
