What is your opinion on air-fried versus deep-fried samoosas?

Personally, I prefer the traditional deep-fried samoosa. However, for those seeking a lower-calorie option while still enjoying a samoosa, I would recommend the air-fried version as a healthier alternative.
Took about 8 minutes each side to airfry.

Today, I experimented with "Naartjie peel" in my koesiesters. Airfried until it became crisp, then ground into finer pieces.
Lekker outyd se koesiesters.
