Make sure you honor your partner more than you love them. Because you can cause a tremendous amount of harm to someone while still loving them.

And that's the part nobody talks about.

It's the lie she believed for years. That love was enough. That if he loved her, he wouldn't hurt her. That love automatically came with care and consideration and the awareness of how his choices landed on her chest.

It doesn't.

Love without honor is the most dangerous combination a woman can receive. It's the man who genuinely loves her and still cheats. Still lies. Still disappears. Still does the thing he knows will break her and comes home with tears in his eyes saying "but I love you" like that sentence is supposed to stitch up what he just ripped open.

He does love her. That's the tragedy.

He loves her and still chose himself. Loves her and still didn't think about her before he made that decision. Loves her and still let another woman into a space that was supposed to be sacred. Loves her and still watched her fall apart and did the same thing again three months later.

Love didn't protect her. It never does. Not on its own.

It's honor that protects her. The pause before the action. The thought before the text. The voice in his head that says "this would hurt her" and that being enough to stop him. Not because he's afraid of losing her. Because the thought of causing her pain makes him physically unable to go through with it.

That's what honor looks like. Thinking about the effect before making the choice. Weighing her heart before weighing his options. Considering her peace before chasing his pleasure.

She doesn't need more love. She's had love. Love that hurt. Love that destroyed. Love that burned the house down and then held her while she cried in the ashes.

She needs a man whose respect for her is louder than his feelings. Whose honor runs deeper than his impulses. Who doesn't just love her with his heart... but protects her with his decisions.

Because a man who loves you can still ruin you. But a man who honors you... will think about you before he ever gets the chance to.

HOW TO CALM YOUR HUSBAND'S MIND

1. MAKE LOVE TO HIM
S*x has a way of relaxing a man. You will change his mood when you make love to him, especially if you are the one who seduces him and initiates it

2. DON'T MAKE THE HOME A WARZONE
If coming home to you is coming home to yet another argument and fight where you explode and turn everything into an issue, he will dread coming home and it hurts when home is a place to run away from, not to run to

3. ASK HIM HOW HE IS
Most women want the husband to ask them "How was your day?", "How did you sleep?" "How are you?" yet they rarely ask the husband these. If these questions make you feel cared for, your husband also wants to feel cared for

4. ORGANIZE HIS LIFE
A lot of men can be disorganized, especially when they are going through a lot in life or have a lot on their mind. This chaos in their system, dressing, schedule or environment can lead to more unease on their mind. When you help him clear the clutter and attend to some of his needs without him asking, he will think better

5. DON'T ATTACK HIS MAN CAVE
Most have a man cave. This is an activity they do or a place they go to perhaps a room; maybe to play a game, watch TV, meditate and think, write, read, create, work out or just be. Don't attack this, just agree with him on how he can balance his time so that he doesn't spend too many hours in his man cave

6. PRAY FOR HIM
You are the one who knows best his potential, struggles, battles and questions; commit him to prayer. Let him hear you pray for him

7. HELP HIM OUT FINANCIALLY
A lot of men are going through stress due to finances. Help him, by not putting pressure on him to give the family a lifestyle he can't afford at present, by helping to pay some of the bills, by helping him manage finances better, by saving and seeking long term investments, by stepping up especially when he has been fired or going through business losses

8. AFFIRM HIM
A man can get tired, a man can go through burn out, a man can question himself, a man can worry, a man can get discouraged; which is why it is important for you to remind him of his greatness, celebrate his achievements and tell him how proud you are of him. This motivates him

9. STAY FAITHFUL TO HIM
Nothing destabilizes a man like when he suspects or finds out that the wife he loves and has given his all to is entertaining, flirting, sleeping with or longing to be with another man. Spare him this torture

10. BE EASY TO TALK TO
Most men show a tough face and don't open up to anyone because they trust no one. This is how many of them go through depression and suffer in silence. They long to find a confidant who they can reveal themselves and their deepest joys and pain to; be that confidant

11. SMILE
The smile of the woman a man loves keeps him going. Your smile inspires him and makes him want to do more for you to keep it

12. KISS HIM
Kissing him shows affection. Kiss him not just on his lips, kiss his cheeks, his arms, his back as you tell him you love him

13. MASSAGE HIM
Home massages are the best. Invest in some good massage oils and ask him occasionally to lie down and give him a feel good massage. Lie down too so that he can return the favour

14. MAKE NEW MEMORIES WITH HIM
When he is spending time with you - face to face or online, make new memories together; joke with him, tease him, play with him, have stimulating conversations with him, do something new. This will recharge him and make him miss you when you two are apart

In my book, MANHOOD SERIES, I talk about the benefits of a man loving his woman and how it starts by the man loving himself. I talk about the responsibilities of a man to God, to himself, his family and society. Men are capable of loving.

In my other book, WOMANHOOD SERIES, I talk about how a woman can make wise relationship choices, how to inspire love in a man and how a woman carries so many blessings for herself and her man.

The sexiest thing that a man can say to a woman is "I got you." (And actually mean it.)

Not just say it to sound good.
Not just promise it in the moment.
Not just offer it when it's convenient.

But mean it. Deeply. Consistently.

"I got you" means she doesn't have to carry everything alone.

The weight of life doesn't rest solely on her shoulders.
The burdens she's carrying can be shared.
The battles she's fighting, you'll fight with her.
The struggles she faces, you'll face together.

"I got you" means she can finally exhale.

She doesn't have to be strong all the time.
She doesn't have to have it all figured out.
She doesn't have to pretend she's okay when she's not.
She can rest because you're holding things down.

"I got you" means she can trust your word.

When you say you'll do something, you do it.
When you make a promise, you keep it.
When you commit, you follow through.
Your words and your actions always align.

"I got you" means she's protected.

Protected from harm, stress, and unnecessary struggle.
Protected emotionally, not just physically.
Protected in public and in private.
Protected because you value her peace.

"I got you" means she's supported.

In her dreams and her goals.
In her bad days and her breakdowns.
In her growth and her evolution.
In every season, through every challenge.

"I got you" means she's a priority.

Not an option or an afterthought.
Not something you get to when you have time.
Not someone you love when it's convenient.
But a priority that shows up in your decisions and your actions.

Any man can say "I got you."

But a real man proves it.
He shows up when things get hard.
He stays when it would be easier to leave.
He provides when he'd rather not.
He protects when there's a cost involved.

"I got you" isn't just about money or material things.

It's about emotional security.
It's about mental peace.
It's about knowing someone has your back.
It's about feeling safe enough to be vulnerable.

When a man genuinely says "I got you," a woman feels:

Safe enough to rest.
Secure enough to trust.
Valued enough to stay.
Loved enough to be herself.

It's the sexiest thing because it's the rarest thing.

Most men say it but don't live it.
Most men promise it but don't prove it.
Most men offer it but don't sustain it.

But when you find a man who means it?

Who backs up those words with action?
Who makes you feel covered in every way?
Who consistently shows up and holds you down?

That's when "I got you" becomes the most powerful thing you've ever heard.

Say it.
Mean it.
Prove it.
Consistently.

That's how you become irreplaceable.
