INTERPRETATION OF WORDS IN THIS CONTRACT
Belkane Creationz – Supplier of outdoor cinema
The Customer – The individual booking the outdoor cinema package or services for their event. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A deposit of $50 is required to confirm any booking of services with Belkane Creationz. The $50 deposit covers any administration costs and secures the services of Belkane Creatio
nz. Reservations are made on a strictly first come – first served basis. Dates will only be secured upon receipt of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before booking date will not be refunded. SCREEN AVAILABILITY:
There are limited number of screens available, so they are booked on a first serve basis. ACCESS, SPACE, & POWER FOR THE OUTDOOR SCREEN:
If equipment needs to be set up on a commercially hired venue the customer will need to ensure permission from the venue is sought prior to set up and arrange for an appropriate space for the equipment. Our outdoor cinema requires space of AT LEAST 3m long x 2.5m wide x 2.5m high. The customer is responsible for ensuring power is available at the venue for the equipment. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address for the venue and that the venue allows reasonable access for loading and unloading. HIRE PERIOD:
We Belkane Creationz Team will arrive at the given address/venue between the times of 4.30pm-5.30pm to set up the equipment. If there is any reason that our set up times may not be suitable, please feel free to discuss this more with one of our team members. All packages are overnight hire, and all items must be ready to be picked up the following day at an agreed time between Belkane Creationz & The Customer unless hire period is more than 24 hours. BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS:
In the event of bad weather conditions Belkane Creationz offers a full credit to rebook for another date. Credits will be valid for up to 18months unless stated otherwise. REFUNDS:
For any reason a refund may need to be granted, we will refund full cost into store credit /voucher to use at a later date.
