INTERPRETATION OF WORDS IN THIS CONTRACT
Belkane Creationz – Supplier of outdoor cinema
The Customer – The individual booking the outdoor cinema package or services for their event. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A deposit of $50 is required to confirm any booking of services with Belkane Creationz. The $50 deposit covers any administration costs and secures the services of Belkane Creatio

nz. Reservations are made on a strictly first come – first served basis. Dates will only be secured upon receipt of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before booking date will not be refunded. SCREEN AVAILABILITY:
There are limited number of screens available, so they are booked on a first serve basis. ACCESS, SPACE, & POWER FOR THE OUTDOOR SCREEN:
If equipment needs to be set up on a commercially hired venue the customer will need to ensure permission from the venue is sought prior to set up and arrange for an appropriate space for the equipment. Our outdoor cinema requires space of AT LEAST 3m long x 2.5m wide x 2.5m high. The customer is responsible for ensuring power is available at the venue for the equipment. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address for the venue and that the venue allows reasonable access for loading and unloading. HIRE PERIOD:
We Belkane Creationz Team will arrive at the given address/venue between the times of 4.30pm-5.30pm to set up the equipment. If there is any reason that our set up times may not be suitable, please feel free to discuss this more with one of our team members. All packages are overnight hire, and all items must be ready to be picked up the following day at an agreed time between Belkane Creationz & The Customer unless hire period is more than 24 hours. BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS:
In the event of bad weather conditions Belkane Creationz offers a full credit to rebook for another date. Credits will be valid for up to 18months unless stated otherwise. REFUNDS:
For any reason a refund may need to be granted, we will refund full cost into store credit /voucher to use at a later date.

That’s a wrap 😢

Thank you to everyone of you that have supported me on this journey. It’s been a ride but most of all it’s been a learning experience. Just know when it’s time to come back to doing setups we will be back stronger then ever.

We will be still available to do our personalised items so we are not fully disconnecting from you all, you will still see our mahi in our stories and post here and there. Untill then thank you all xx

As busy as I am with what’s going on with nicque, and just juggling mum life with 3 kids, and organising Whanau events/reunion in the background, my brain still manages to switch into hustle mode when it gets a chance .

Belkane Creationz is still going strong and will continue to keep getting stronger however there will be some minor adjustments to our services .

As most will know having 3 kids alone is a job in it self on some days, and then mixing it up with party business and setups is a whole new ball game

So I’ve made the decision to put our setups and services on hold for now, until my tamariki are a lil bit older and able to come along with us to help and not get in the way😂🤦🏽‍♀️

As you have all seen in previous Stories/post I have started tutuing with personalised items such as

Tumblers
Tumblers with speakers
Drink bottles
Phone cases
Wallets

My plan was to have this all setup and ready to take place start of November or even earlier ready for Xmas presents, however again life happen and we welcomed our son into the world and it’s been all on since then, Heioi! We carry on and do what we have to .

So as always I always turn to my Whanau for ideas in what everyone could possibly be interested in or what’s trending atm in terms of personalised items.

And that’s a wrap for now Whanau, last setup and grazing table done for a 21st birthday tonight!

4more weeks till our boy makes his entrance, so it’s time to finally focus on getting his things together and ready for him.

Thank you to everyone who have supported us this far in our wee journey with Belkane creationz. Appreciate every single one of you 🥰

We will be back up and running and taking bookings at the end of the year for the start of next year.

When we first started Belkane creationz we started with the smallest equipment any one who hired our outdoor movie setup will know😊

We have had this machine for a while now but due to just being super busy with xmas, Whanau and hospital we hadn’t got the chance to setup and try it out.

So the other day I got my nieces, cousins and our big girl to try it out before it went out this week.

Defs a big upgrade for us another machine to add to our ever growing inventory.

Without you all these small upgrades in equipment would not be achievable so from us to you all THANK YOU XX
